1. Order Processing

 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Customers will receive tracking information as soon as the order ships.

2. Domestic Shipping

 

We currently ship to all U.S. states using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 2-7 business days after processing. standard shipping is 6$ at checkout. All Orders over 60$ will offer free shipping Sales tax is included in the overall price.

3. International Shipping

 

Shipping and handling will be determined at checkout for international shipping

4. Tracking

 

All shipments include tracking. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the package leaves our facility.

5. Returns

 

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in unused condition, with tags, original packaging, and including the reason for return 

  • Return shipping is our customer promise to you

  • Non-returnable items include discounted items, promotional products, limited edition releases, and don't meet the criteria above

6. Exchanges

 

we only do exchanges if the item is sent back in good condition or if the team was damaged due to carrier or if product was not correct 

7. Refunds

 

Refunds are processed once the return is received and approved. Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees and handling fees are non-refundable


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Include your order number as well as what was damaged or incorrect, and we can get you a new item shipped to you. this applies for damages or errors in shipping related to the carrier or damaged product that came from us  will be handled and taken care of as soon as possible.
